With certifications from industry recognized organizations, Charmi has invested time and education in learning about the changes a woman's body undergoes in mid-life. Charmi's clients have extended as far as Australia and HongKong.

Charmi has a gift for coaching her clients towards their weight loss goals without sacrificing their cultural foods.

Having had the thin privilege all her life, Charmi underwent changes in her body at 45. Without giving in to restrictive diets or sacrificing her cultural foods (even her beloved chai), she decided to reconfigure her nutrition to support her changing body and tweaked her exercise protocol to build lean muscle without spending hours at the gym.
